Parents of all 6th graders, please remember your student is required to receive a Meningocccal Vaccine and an updated (Tdap) Tetanus, Diptheria & Pertussis if 5 years has passed since their last DTap/DTP/ Td dose. This is state mandated !Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. These are required at the beginning of the school year or exclusion will occur.
